    I installed the plugin thinking that it would be able to solve structured data problems highlighted in Google Search Console. When searching in the Enhanced Search Test, I noticed that Google does not recognize the ingredients, instructions and author fields.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    It doesn’t look like our recipe metadata is on the page. You could try setting the “Output Recipe Metadata” setting to “Next to recipe in HTML body”, which could fix some theme problems.

    I do notice there is some recipe metadata on the page, so make sure you’re not using any other metadata or SEO related plugins that are outputting recipe metadata as well. Only WP Recipe Maker should be doing that.

    Kind regards,
    Brecht

    Hello, Brecht. Thanks for the answer. Isn’t this your meta tag?

    <ul class=”wprm-recipe-ingredients”>

    The article has a lot of tags like this, but they are not recognized by Google.
    I’ve already tested the option “Next to recipe in HTML body” and it didn’t work.
    My site is 100% AMP. Are the markings not compatible?

    I discovered that the data is not displayed correctly when the Yoast plugin is active. There is compatibility between the two, right? How can I get them to work together?

    Those are our HTML elements, but the metadata is a script element that contains JSON-LD metadata, and that’s what’s not on the page.

    WP Recipe Maker is compatible with Yoast, but you could test disabling the “Yoast SEO integration” on the WP Recipe Maker > Settings > Recipe Metadata page to see if it works then.

    It could be related to AMP. In general I recommend not using that anymore:

    Thanks for the information, Brecht, but I still believe in AMP.

    The solution I found was to exchange Yoast for All-in-SEO. Now I have the structured data in the recipes and an SEO plugin.

    I have a similar problem. When you try to read the recipe through “google reading mode” it fails to read the ingredients and the method of preparation, i.e. what is in the list of the ingredients and the preparation instructions.

    <ul class=”wprm-recipe-ingredients”>

    How do you fix it?
