Why Does wpDataTable Cannot Appears in Live Domain Website?

    Dear Author,

    I really need your help to solve this problem.

    First, I build the prototype in the local host and the table appears fine.
    But when I migrate the prototype to the live domain the table doesn’t want to appear.
    I can’t even upload the same excel documents in there.
    Everytime I upload the excel document, it always appear the red box that says:
    “There was an error while trying to save the table! Internal Server Error”.
    I don’t know why.

    What problem there might be?
    And what is the solution for this problem?

    Note:
    There are different environtment on hosting between local dev host and live dev host.

  • FYI, you’ve made that login information public. I hope that this user doesn’t have SQL access to any other databases.

    Hi there,
    Did you check if you are able to upload the same XLS file anywhere else? Probably your live installation does not allow uploading Excel files?
    As we can see the page is now live, so guess it’s resolved.
