If we have a text link that users need to click on to go to a form, the short code you provide once inserted will change when you save the page and no longer work rendering your entire plugin useless

    Hi @adabob

I hope you’re well today and thank you for contacting us.

I’m not quite sure what do you mean by the “link to go to a form”. Is it a link to open some popup?

If yes, what kind of popup (how is it made – is it from e.g. builder like Elementor or some other plugin; if plugin, which one)?

Or do you mean just a regular link that points to standard page where you put the form shortcode on?

As for form not rendering, that is usually a matter of either a conflict on site or caching. To start with:

    1. make sure to fully purge all cache on site/server (if there is any active)
    2. in form’s “Behavior” settings enable try enabling “Load form using AJAX” option, update the form and see if it works.

If it still does not, could you share link to the page with the form so we could take a closer look?

    Kind regards,
    Adam
