Why does the restoration no longer work?

I have changed my browser.
I don’t know how to deactivate “Opera Turbo / road
I don’t know where I can do this ??

I can’t seem to view the image.

From your description though it appears that the restoration has been timed out or killed off. I would suggest checking with your host/server admin your server PHP error log as it contains the exact cause of the issue.

Thank you for answering so quickly.
I kept looking for the source of the problem and think I found it. I saw that there was not enough space in dropbox so I paid a subscription (to no longer have the free version) and by chance I was able to save.

Having said that, I have another problem with my second website.
When I want to connect Updraft with dropbox I can’t. When I click on the authentication button on the orange updraft plus page, I always come back to my home page.

I want to do it myself using by copying the token, but I don’t know where the “” UpdraftPlus settings page is, “”
to do the authentication manually.

Apologies for the late reply.

It is possible that there is a conflict with UpdraftPlus and one of the plugin you are using. To test, you will have to temporarily deactivate all other plugins and then re-authenticate.

Ok, I will try this.

I found time to test this. You were right. The problem came from my security plugin. By disabling my security plugin I was able to connect updraft to the cloud. I find that a little weird because on my 1st site, the two plugins work well together.

in short, at least that’s done!
