Why does the plugin say I have no reviews?

The plugin has been loading my reviews for 24 hours and I finally got an email saying they had been downloaded.
But in the “insert code” section of the plugin it says “There are no reviews on your Amazon platform.”
But on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Marketing-Messiah-Cameron-Reilly/dp/B08NLVCRF9/) I have hundreds of reviews.

Am I doing something wrong?
