Why does the mobile view of contact page is asking to exit mobile version?

Hi,

I am using the free version of the Inspiro Theme for my business, that works fine for the desktop view. In the mobile view when I go to the contact page, a page opens unrelated to the theme asking to exit mobile version. When I do that, then I land on the contact page of the theme. Do you know why this is happening and how I can change it?
