Why does the banner instantly disappear when close is enabled?

    Why does the banner instantly disappear when close is enabled? The close time is blank. I want it to stay visible, unless the close X is clicked. Instead, upon page load, it shows for a moment then disappears. Why? Seems like a bug.

    I’ve seen you’ve moved to a new banner, but i just tested out the banner locally and it did not act in this way. If you don’t put a close time it sets a cookie with immediate expiration. I could change the way this mechanism works and have it just delete the cookie if close time is blank or zero. I’ll do that in a future release.
