Why does recaptcha__en.js load on all pages?

    I won’t pretend to know what all this means, but I’ve been going through my site to ID slow-loading pages, and one of the biggest assets on every page is recaptcha__en.js (67.2KB). I have BWP reCaptcha set to only be used on my login page, so 1) Why does it load on every page and 2) is there a way I can keep it from loading on every page?
