Why does my downloads skip per number?

  • I am loving this plugin so far, I have no problems apart from this though its not serious, I am just wondering: When I make a download for example number 1 and then publish it, I will then make another download and its skipped the number 2 and instead went to number 4 or whatever. I though this would be because of my posts of (news) where the download button will be added, so like this:

    1 news and 1 download = 2. So this would be “1” post and “2” download yea? but its skipping numbers within the database, so can you please explain why or is it something I have done wrong?

    Here is an example where you see its from say 936 to 939 (2 top ones)
