Why does it say "Fieldset" at the top of my form?

    You just need to change the name of the fieldset in your form builder, or remove the name completely to remove it. It is labeled as such in your form builder.

    Thank you. That worked :-). When I tried to delete it I got an error message, so I changed the name to “contact us” and now all is good. Appreciate your help.
