Why Does Facebook Widget Not Work ?

Why does facebook widget on my website only load sometimes, other times it doesn’t load ? The google badge loads everytime, whats wrong with my facebook badge … ?? Please help I’ve tried figuring this one for a while now and I can’t figure it out.
