Why does estimate have to be a drop down

  • Why must the estimate be a dropdown in which all the values must be pre-set in settings? It would be far easier if the Estimate field were an editable field like the project and task fields on the board itself.

    It’s that way because I was trying to make it consistent with the assignment dropdown. It wasn’t the best choice ??

    In v3, coming out next year, we’re looking at switching to a combination input/dropdown like in Google calendar. You’ll be able to choose an option or type on.
