Why does “Disable RSS” not remove RSS links from header?

    Why does the “Disable RSS” option not remove RSS links from the header? To completely disable RSS links from appearing in the header, I have to keep the separate “Disable RSS” plugin activated, which I was hoping to be able to deactivate after installing your “all-in-one” plugin. Please advise.
