Why do [video] shortcodes not work on the vendor bio page?

    The form appears to edit the vendor bio for each vendor. They click on Add Media and they can upload the video files with no issue. The resulting shortcode in the Vendor Dashboard -> Settings -> Vendor Bio displays the shortcode verbatim and does not render or embed the video file. Thank you for your assistance.
