I noticed this in the screenshot for the plugin:
“showing 1-8 of 8” and then on the other side it says “Total: 10”

    On my site, I’m seeing:
    “Showing 1 to 10 of 30 entries”
    “Total quantity sold: 41”

This is a free product and there haven’t been any refunds, etc.

This isn’t a major concern, more of a curiosity.

Using latest version of the product…but I noticed it in your screenshot as well, so it probably means something other than what I think it means??

    Hi @deleyna,

you’re right, it doesn’t mean the same thing!

An “entry” is an order. But an order could have more than one purchase of that product. So you have 30 orders, but you sold that product 41 times.

Interesting! Not sure why anyone would buy it twice…but okay. Thanks!

In your case (i think you’re selling classes), it wouldn’t make sense, but for some other clients that are buying physical products, it does make sense!

Actually, maybe someone bought several tickets to your class, which would also make sense!

It is just weird, because I don’t see any orders for multiples. I’m not going to worry too much. Thanks for explaining it!
