Why do my orders show an array of values?

    Is there any way to show a table of values rather than an array? Fortunately my client will not be logging in to the site but if they did they would not know how to read the array.

    Wish list:
    Ability to select setting that would show data as table instead of array
    Ability to select which data values are displayed
    Ability to disable logging of orders
    Ability to select how many orders get saved
