• I have been using MailPoet 2 for several years and all newsletters are correctly DKIM signed.

Now that I am using MailPoet 3 I have created a new text record in Cloudflare using a new selector and DKIM key generated by https://www.port25.com/dkim-wizard/.

The selector and DKIM key have been checked and validated through https://mxtoolbox.com/dkim.aspx

I have tried to send MailPoet 3 newsletters via SMTP and PHP but none of them carries the DKIM.

How can I get DKIM to work with MailPoet 3?

  • Hi there @supertrooper2,

Which sending method are you using? Once you’ve created the DKIM key, you’ll need your host to install the private key and enable the headers to be signed with DKIM, then it’ll work correctly.

If you use Amazon SES there are a future extra hoops to jump through, let us know and we’d be happy to help. ??

    Thanks!
