Why do I see a purple “Pay now” button?

    Hi,

    I am having an issue with the express checkout button, I have allowed third-party cookies for my site in my Chrome browser, and have the “Share that you have Google Pay with companies outside Google” setting enabled in Google Pay itself but it’s still showing purple button instead of google pay,

    Also, the button only shows on the checkout page in fact I checked the cart page and product page too, and only shows on the tab where I logged in as an admin in WordPress, not on the incognito tab. When I click on the button nothing happens.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    I am having an issue with the express checkout button, I have allowed third-party cookies for my site in my Chrome browser, and have the “Share that you have Google Pay with companies outside Google” setting enabled?in Google Pay itself but it’s still showing purple button instead of google pay,

    The purple button is Google Pay. That said, I checked your site and can see it’s black now. It’s also working on the product page.

    Regarding the error attached, it seems to be originating from the RankMath plugin. My suggestion would be to reach out to their team for assistance.

    Hello, Thanks for the reply.

    Now I can’t even see purple button when I logged in as admin and nothing show on different browsers or in incognito mode.

    What’s the reason of it, why I can’t see it on my end?

    Checking your site, I am also not seeing the Google Pay button on my end.

    As a first step, please make sure that you followed the instructions on this support documentation about Accepting Google Pay with WooPayments.

    If so and still the issue persists, it looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might be causing the conflict here.

    For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce and WooPayments plugins are enabled, check one product and see if you are now seeing Google Pay there.

    If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
