  • As far as I understand, tickets submitted through the plugin are sent to their server so that freelancers/agencies can manage multiple clients from one place, as opposed to logging into each client’s site.

    Kyle is correct. If you manage and/or work on more than one site, like we do, your ticket portal on your sub-domain at https://rollerbladeapp.com allows you to view and manage tickets for all of your projects at once. It also saves time in adding team members to each project.

    We’re sad to get a bad rating for that, but thanks for asking the question and giving us a chance to clarify it.
