Why do i have a random woocommerce product injected into into my blog posts?

Thanks for sharing the System Status Report. It does not show any template overrides, so this behavior is likely originating from some plugin or the customized Astra theme (child theme).

Ive done some debugging

I’ve tried switching themes and deactivating all plugins (leaving only woo commerce) but it still happens

The behavior you are experiencing is not default to WooCommerce, so it cannot happen on a site which is running on a basic setup of the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and the Storefront theme as the only enabled software.

Therefore, we strongly recommend isolating this issue by running a thorough conflict test. The best way to find the culprit is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Check whether the problem persists

Any custom code added to the site needs to be disabled as well.

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Instead of running the test on your live production site, you can create a duplicate/staging site. Many hosting providers offer site staging facilities, but if you don’t have such a feature, you can create one with the WP Staging plugin.
