why do i get a strange page when I visit a page that i redirected

When i visit the above page I get the strangest page. This is a page that I have redirected using the redirect plugin.It’s supposed to redirect to shop.skirttheceiling.com but instead it’s showing this page. Can you please tell me why?
The same thing is also happening with https://skirttheceiling.com/blog/
