If I downloaded and installed manually, it displayed error, Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error., when I activated it.

    Hi @nobody123

The other place to access the fatal-error log would be from “WooCommerce > Status > Logs” page, but since you cannot get WooCommerce core to install, you wouldn’t be able to see that.

With that said, please review the “Error details” within the email you received. It would have sent to the administrator email of the site you are trying to install WooCommerce on.

You are welcome to share the error details here so we can take a closer look.

    Cheers!

    Hi @nobody123

Can you please confirm the Gmail you’re checking is registered as the administrator email for the site and that you’ve also checked the junk or spam folders to confirm it was not improperly filtered?

Please let us know and if you still haven’t received the message we’ll be glad to see if we can help further.

    Hi @nobody123

I have checked my spam folders or junk, but I still not receive any email from wordpress

That is really odd! However, can you please deactivate all plugins and temporarily switch the active theme to Storefront, and then try to install WooCommerce? Please let us know if that works.
