Why do certain images appear double size?

Have you been able to debug this problem yet?

Scroll down to see the picture of Michael Feinberg, it’s shown @2x size not @1x size.

I will not “munge” any of your website, you can try it anywhere, disable it, the plugin doesn’t destroy or modify anything. Believe me ??

It the image appears twice bigger then it’s a CSS or HTML issue. The size needs to be set. It has been explained in the tutorials, FAQ, etc. It’s a basic point. You theme probably just use the image as they come but you should learn a bit about the internals.

I have this problem too. It used to work, not sure when it changed.
I have images with defined size in html. When the @2x loads, it’s shown in double size. Not sure where to go from here.
