• Hi s2member guys,

why did you shut down the old support forums?
in the new forums @wordpress everything is completely mixed up and chaotic, i see not sense in moving the forums to this place.
i just completed the german translation for s2member, but it sucks uploading it to the wordpress forums cause noone will ever find it there.

i think you made a great mistake.

  • I am sure they have their reasons but I agree that the old forum was 100 times better.

Agree, terrible idea to move the forum here!

    i agree too

A real slap in the face for those who are using the PRO version…

Yes. I don’t even see a internal search method! You have to use Google and look for www.remarpro.com links!

Almost All companies are GREAT at taking the money and not so great in offering the continued support. Is it because the reach a comfort level and are no longer hungry to help us newbs? Let talk about time and money! When you are trying to get a site registration answer so it will work and it takes weeks to find a solution.. how much is it really costing us “users?” Maybe we should have just hired a programmer that is still hungry. I have not been able to find an answer to the redirect to the dashboard for weeks. This is bull…

agree, old forums were much better in every way, basic wordpress plugin support tab like this is not really suitable for a complex plugin like s2member…

My experience has been that in the future one of two things are going to happen. 1. The plugin will raise the price to provide better service / support or 2. Someone else will step in and create the plugin product we need to fill the void.

If the later happens the house of cards will fall… and no one shall return. Service and support or we must abort!

Maybe, but you do realize that some people have been saying this for years, and neither has happened yet!

As for your “I have not been able to find an answer to the redirect to the dashboard for weeks,” I can’t find any trace of your having asked that question on this forum. I’m not sure how a change of forum would make a difference if you don’t actually explain the problem you’re having.
