    This plugin is showing three orders as abandoned which have been completed by customers. Why is that?

    Hi @techman

    Thank you for reaching out.
    At this point this is a known issue and we have found the reason for this and will include a fix in the next release which we plan to do in the upcoming 14 days along with some other improvements some of our users have requested.

    At this point we know that the issue itself happens quite rarely and is linked to the fact that some of the WooCommerce hooks we rely on to be fired on the “Thank you” page in some moments do not fire thus leaving the abandoned cart untouched.
    Will let you know as soon as the new version is out.

    We have managed to split the new release into parts and just released a small version that includes a fix to this rare, but still annoying issue. Please update to the latest version.
