The plugin is designed to include one chat box per site, but you may be able to use the shortcode or template tag to include on multiple pages throughout your site.

thank you for quick answer ??
i use shortcode in one page, but plugin loading at every page.
    how i can correct it?

Um not sure.. I can tell you that the shortcode and template tag both load the same chat form. That is, the plugin only enables one chat form, but you may be able to include on multiple pages across the site.

Ah, if I understand correctly, you can disable the JavaScript from loading on all pages by enabling “Targeted loading” in the plugin settings.

    oh.. ??
now ajax not working and messages sending with reloading page.
also messages not receive without manual page refresh.

    (@specialk)

That happens when the plugin JavaScript is not included on the page.

    Thread Starter kychka

    (@kychka)

but JS it must included on the page because i set URL of this page and use only this page for chat, isn’t it?

    Plugin Author Jeff Starr

    (@specialk)

That setting should only be enabled when you want to include the JavaScript on a single page. If you are trying to display the chat form on multiple pages (which is not tested), then you’ll need to disable that option.

Jeff, thank you very much for support!
I need to show chat on a single page. But when I enter the URL of this page in the settings, the Ajax be stops working in chat.

So here are some points that should help clarify:

    1) Only include the chat form on one page
    2) Grab the full URL of that page and enter it in the plugin settings
    3) After saving settings changes, view the source code of the chat page and make sure that the SAC JavaScript is included properly.
