Why can’t I smush at all with free version?

    i installed smush for free and am trying to bulk smush, even though i can only do 50 at a time. when I click the bulk smush button i am brought to the settings page. I’m confused. I thought with free i could still smush, just a smaller number at a time. why does it seem i need to upgrade?

    Hope you’re having a good week!

    This is definitely a not expected behaviour in this case – with the free version you don’t need to upgrade the plugin to be able to run the Bulk Smush option, that’s for sure.

    Seems like there may be some issue with the server’s caching, I’m thinking that most likely Object Cache would be at fault here.

    Can you contact your hosting provider and ask them to clear the Object Cache on your site and see if that helps?
