Why can’t I post a simple request for help?

I am trying to get some help with a problem and I am getting frustrated by how difficult that seems to be. A couple of days ago I posted a question about RSS feeds and search results. At the time I didn’t know that I had to tag my post question and therefore for the first couple of days it basically wasn’t seen by anyone in the RSS tag section. I later tagged the post, but by that time it was lower down on the list and I don’t know if it caught peoples attention. Nonetheless, I waited to see if I would get a response. Given that no one has responded I thought I’d repost my question with the hope that it would catch someone (such as one of the moderators) attention and I could get some help. However, it seems that I am not able to repost my question. But what am I suppose to do? I really could use some help (isn’t that what this forum is for). I feel stuck between a post that no one is answering and a post that no one can see. Any ideas, suggestions, tips or (perhpas) help?
