Why can't I find a reblog option on WordPress

Hi,

I have a wordpress blog, hosted by GoDaddy. Everybody else I know who has wordpress has an option available to reblog their posts on someone else’s blog site. My blog does not have an option and I have people who want to reblog my posts but they can’t because there is no reblog available for them to use. I’ve looked at plugins and I cannot find a plugin that simply allows me to reblog. What gives? Why can’t I reblog with my WordPress??
