• I’ve been trying to make a website with WordPress. When I try to create my chosen domain it just says “An active access token must be used create a new Site for the User.”

    I’ve tried clearing the cache.

And then when I tried to verify my email, it just takes me to a page that says “Sorry, but all the values are required” and I cannot verify my email. I made this temporary account (I wanted to keep my desired username in case this problem gets sorted) with a different email that I would really, really rather not use. For some reason the link worked in this email with this account, but not my main email with my desired account.

I thought I’d try it in Firefox, but when I select “create website” it just takes me to a blank page with the WordPress logo and nothing else. No links, nothing. End of the line.

The site doesn’t work in Chrome, Internet Explorer, Tor, or Firefox. I even tried it on my other seldom-used laptop. Still doesn’t work.

Every other site works fine for me. I doubt it’s a problem on my end when literally everything else works.

    What’s going on?

Will I able to create a domain through WordPress or should I just cut my losses and go with a better service?

Where are you trying to do that? I mean, what’s the URL you are trying to manage your domain?

If you mean WordPress.COM then you are posting in the wrong place and need to ask in the correct forum.

    https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/support

This forum here is for self-hosted WordPress.ORG software installations.

If you’re trying that someone where else then please share that URL too.
