why can’t i change the order?

    Hi everyone,
    I put the reviews in order of relevance because at first it seemed fair, but now that they are getting old I would like to put them in date order. I changed the option in the plugin and waited two days, but the order is still the old one. How to change it and how to fix it? Thanks

    @wilky76 Co you have page caching enabled? If so, this may fix the page’s appearance and you’ll need to clear the cache to see the new ordering.

    Note that the relevance and age sorting will sometimes match each other. Perform a quick test with another sort or reverse the sort.

    you’re right, I’ve tried several and the order changes right away: it’s just that I had a review a few days ago and it doesn’t appear. How do you make the last ones appear even among those that have less text? thanks

    @wilky76 If you want the newest reviews, please use the date ordering rather than [the default] relevance. Sometimes the new and relevant reviews take a few hours to appear. Those deemed less relevant may not appear at all, so check out the HTML Import for a complete review import.
