    I’m resorting to this forum because you have linked your free version to your pro version and they are not working on any of my websites.

    I have tried all the normal support buttons and links on both your Freemius account and with Freemius directly and no one is replying to my tickets.
    I have even tried emailing you directly with no response.
    I bought your pro plugin but its not working because it is not showing in my dashboard at freemius.
    I have a lifetime, unlimited lisense so support should be available and it should be quick.

    Can someone please sort this out or if that is not possible, just refund my money.

    As you know, our pro version plugin sales, license key, and plugin file are managed by freemius. This issue is associated with the freemius.
    We contacted freemius support and brought you the following support email. We hope freemius will fix this issue within a short time.
