Why can i book the same variation in the same day several times?

You need the Availability Check add-on in order to manage availabilities.

If you already have it, please make sure to check the documentation. You need to check the “Manage stock?” option on each variation.

Is it possible this situation?

I have an item to rent, it can be rented by 2h, 3h,4h,6h and 8h (variations).

In the same day can be rented by 2h + 3h or 2h + 4h.

If is booked for 6h or 8h it can’t be rented for 2h,3h or 4h.

If a check the stock in variation for 1 in 2h, 3h and 4h it can be rented when is rented in 6h that is in product level stock…

I can’t set availability between variations…can I?

You can, but it will apply to all variations (you need to check the “Manage stock ?” option on the parent product only). If one variation is booked, all the other ones will be unavailable.

This is what i need:

In the variation tab there will be a table (table XPTO) where it can be selected the variations that are bookable together with that.
Example in the 2h variation i will add the 3h and 4h variations IDs in the table XPTO.

Then in the available calendar function check when the user selects a variation it will work like this:

If there isn’t any product booked in that day -> date is available
If there is a product booked that day -> will check the variation:
If booked == chosen -> check the stock for date availability
If booked != chosen :
*. If the table XPTO for the chosen variation isn’t empty -> check if the booked variation is in that table -> If so, date is available -> If not so, date isn’t available.
If the table XPTO for the chosen variation is empty then the plugin uses the default configuration.

Can this be done? I believe the * is the only difference from what your plugin is doing. Can you help me change your plugin to add this functionality?

Of course you can but I will not provide any support if you modify the plugins. And if you update the plugin you will loose your changes ??
