Why cache works only with the second page load?

I use Hyper Cache for WordPress. Why TTFB decreases only for second or next loading the page even after the cache has been built?
First loading – TTFB ~ 1 s
Second and later loading – TTFB ~100 msAfter hour fist loading the same page ~1 s, and next ~100ms.
Why?
