Which is the best//easiest to use with W3tc?
Where are there detailed how to instructions to set up W3tc & the cdn?

Currently running W3tc with directions from online sources,
one problem is that commenters (who are not logged in to our site and never will be) are having to enter their email address each time they go to comment, this is often several times a day.

And how do I set W3tc back to the initial default settings?

    Hello,
As for the CDN, W3 Total Cache has Cloudflare extension which you can activate and start using Cloudflare as your CDN. There is a guide on Stackpath on how to set it up with W3 Total Cache https://support.stackpath.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001078983-WordPress-with-W3-Total-Cache-CDN-Setup-Guide
Not sure what is the question regarding commenters?
TO restore to default settings go to performance>Genera setting and scroll down to Import / Export Settings, there you will find Restore default settings button.

    Thank you.
As to the commenters, ever since W3TC has been set up, the commenters are experiencing this issue with having to enter their email address everytime they comment, when before W3TC they did not have to.
So where in the settings could I look to revert that back.

    Hello,
As said in the previous post go to performance>Genera setting and scroll down to Import / Export Settings, there you will find Restore default settings button.
