Why arent the support requests being answered

The plugin is actively maintained, and I plan on continue maintaining it for many years into the future.

Basically, what your saying in other words it means you aren’t interested in helping others who use the free version instead you want people to pay on premium if they need help. Bit unfair when you offer a free version.

Who knows what this world is coming to. Even the WP moderators have unfair silly rules moderating accounts unnecessarily for no needed reasons !
