Why arent the share buttons working

What are you using for sharing ? A plugin or theme?

this was created for me and the person that created my website disappeared and i am not sure but i believe he used a plugin as i have a share and follow plugin listed and active. How can i verify?

Looks like that plugin used to be in the repository on this site but is no longer – you may find info/help from the developer’s site:

i have deactivated the old one and downloaded the new plugin of social media feather and i am still getting the error that says:

Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.

I am truly a newbie and trying to figure all this out and totally appreciate and grateful for an assistance.

If the plugins not working, you can use the plugin’s own forum for support:

(Unfortunately, I have no clue about that plugin and you’re using a commercial theme so no way to check it out.)
