Why are WooCommerce “official” plugins behind in compatibility/tested version?
-
In looking at the upgrade to WooCommerce 3.8, I have to ask the question as to why are “Official” WooCommerce plugins behind in tested/compatibility WooCommerce version? Why aren’t these tested/updated? At least a few we are using were up to 3.7, but some are quite a bit further back:
Facebook for WooCommerce 3.3.5
WooCommerce Conditional Content 3.5.3
WooCommerce Help Scout 3.6
WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping 3.6WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing 3.7.0
WooCommerce Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons 3.7.0
WooCommerce Stripe Gateway 3.7.1Yes, there is a larger list of other vendor’s plugins, but these are ‘official’ so I would think they would be kept tested/updated.
