Hello. I am using PhastPress with WP Super Cache. Everything is enabled on PhastPress other than GZIP compression (which is enabled server side in htaccess). For WP Super Cache, I am using simple delivery method with 304 browser caching and “Cache HTTP headers with page content”. I am not behind any CDN, although I use Jetpack related posts, which I think uses a CDN for its resources.

My issue is that while other resources are cached, webp images served by PhastPress are not. This is not the issue with other image types or webp images served by Jetpack related posts. What could be causing this?

I’ve tested this several types in a private windows of Firefox and refreshing the same page — both the site log and the image in the post, transformed to webp by PhastPress, are never cached.

    Hi @barney23,

PhastPress should be sending the relevant caching headers, so this shouldn’t be happening.

Would you be able to share the URL to your site so I can have a look? If you don’t want to do so publicly, you may send it using the contact details at the bottom of the plugin description.

This was resolved soon after. I don’t know the plugin resolved it or it is because I added a rule to htaccess.
