Why are there two style sheets in the 'css' folder and whats the difference

Hi, there two style sheets in the ‘css’ folder, easy-columns.css and wp-ez-columns.css. I can see small variations between the two, but just wondered why there are two fairly similar style sheets in this folder, thanks.
