• I use Gravity Forms for contact forms and WP SES for deliverability. If I have “headers” without quotes entered in the WP SES Reply-To field, the email notifications that are sent out by Gravity Forms contain quotes around the sender’s name as it is displayed in email clients. This only happens if I use WP SES for deliverability. Any thoughts on why that is?

  • Hi,

Did you manage to resolve this problem?

I’m seeing the same thing. If I specify a reply-to address, its fine, but when I use ‘headers’ and pass the reply-to field from my form, the display name has “speech marks”.

    Thanks

Same problem here. I hope you can provide a solution. Thanks!
