Why are the backups getting so large?

    That shouldn’t be happening. Can you make sure the folder that contains your backups is excluded?

    I’m not sure what you mean by excluded? Or how to do it?

    and If I exclude where would the backups go then?

    Hi Paul,

    On my side, each automated backup operation accumulates a supplementary copy of the database, so that after 3 backups the backup file contains 3 copies of the database. I hoped to resolve this problem by excluding the backup directory but the “exclude” link described in the FAQ doesn’t appear on my site! I only see “Run now”, “Settings” and “Delete”. Any idea on these two problems and the way to fix them?
