Hi Jeff,
I mark things “Resolved” on each response for several reasons.
– Not everyone responds after my last response, so if I waited for everyone to mark it resolved, I may not ever get a response (haha)
– “Resolved” and “Not Resolved” are my only choices here–ideally, a real support system would have status I could assign like “Pending Fix”, “Testing”, “Awaiting Customer Response”, etc. WordPress doesn’t allow for this in their primitive support forum format
– “Resolved” is my way of saying, “It’s been answered…for now”. But I *always* check the forum and if someone beside me was the last to respond, I respond again.
It’s not something I would be greatly concerned about–if you need a question answered, I will always answer it. That’s a promise. ??
