Why are my videos small resolution when I view it from my website?

    Sorry about the slow response.
    This can happen if you’re on the API Entry plan, which includes an output video resolution of 480p. Videos get submitted in this max. resolution. Please see https://clipchamp.com/en/pricing/collect-api for the comparison between plans and features.
