Why are my comments closed on all my pages?

    Hi, In all my website pages, members aren’t allowed to comment. It says “Comments are closed” on the the bottom of the page.

    I’ve checked all the boxes in discussion setting and page setting, and screen options. I even deactivated and deleted my plugins, and still the same problem. I tried to leave a comment, it shows on the dashboards comments, but isn’t displayed on the webpage.
    The theme I’m using is “cupcake frosting sprinkles hoe104”

    Any suggestion? Thanks.
