Ok, I have been using your plugin for years and I have recommended it to countless WordPress users all along. So why are suddenly locking my domains and insisting the I send myself “unlock emails”.

This is annoying enough for us to part ways. What’s the rational?

  • it is possible your IP has changed

If you tighten up settings beyond default it is very easy to lock yourself out of your website. You may have whitelisted your IP to allow access, but if your IP changes then – locked out.

Are you accessing the websites from other computers – different IP addresses.

    Hey @timmitra,

Can you please share a screenshot of the expanded Details of the blocks in Wordfence > Live Traffic? This will give us a clue as to what’s happening.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

With home based DSL my IP changes regularly. I will capture the IP and time stamp when it happens again. Thx
