The plugin does support image imports. To include images, ensure that the image name or URL is correctly added to the relevant field in your import CSV file.
If the images are not importing, the issue could be with the URL. Please verify the following:
- Open the image URL in a browser to ensure it is accessible. If the image loads correctly, the URL should work for the import.
- If you are using services like Dropbox or Google Drive, make sure the URL you provide is a direct download link to the image and not just a general share link.
If the issue persists, kindly share the import CSV file that you are trying to use. You can upload the file to any file-sharing service and provide the link here.
