    Hi @discountpleasure,

    Thank you for reaching out.

The plugin does support image imports. To include images, ensure that the image name or URL is correctly added to the relevant field in your import CSV file.

If the images are not importing, the issue could be with the URL. Please verify the following:

    1. Open the image URL in a browser to ensure it is accessible. If the image loads correctly, the URL should work for the import.
    2. If you are using services like Dropbox or Google Drive, make sure the URL you provide is a direct download link to the image and not just a general share link.

If the issue persists, kindly share the import CSV file that you are trying to use. You can upload the file to any file-sharing service and provide the link here.

Thank you but sorry I do not understand what you mean, how useless is a plugin that doesn’t import images ? AND it is written on the homepage of this plugin: Export and import WooCommerce?products with images (featured product image and gallery images).

    Hi @discountpleasure,

We’d like to clarify how our plugin handles image imports. When importing WooCommerce products via CSV, the plugin imports product images based on the image URLs provided in the “Images” column of the CSV file. Please ensure that the image URLs are correctly listed in this column. Once the import is processed, the plugin will fetch the images from those URLs and associate them with the products.

If the image URLs are correct and accessible, the images should be imported as expected. For more detailed instructions on importing images, you can follow this guide: https://www.webtoffee.com/how-to-import-woocommerce-products-with-images-from-a-csv-file/

If you’re still facing issues, feel free to share the CSV file you’re using so we can assist you further.
