Why am I getting spam comments on expired site?

My site https://www.beautylicious101.com expired several days ago but I am still getting spam comments. I cannot log into the site to delete users so am not sure how to solve this issue. One of the reasons I shut down the site was because I had so much spam, so assumed shutting it down would solve the problem… but it seems it’s still coming through. Any advice on how to stop this? I don’t know how they are accessing the site to submit these comments.
