    Sorry for just now responding. We were getting many 1-star ratings that said the plugin didn’t work on the front-end. And by default, it doesn’t. It requires some coding on the front-end of the site to get it to work usually.

    We have detailed docs here and do respond to support requests.

    But basically the plugin user has to have some coding knowledge.
