Whte space at the top of the pages on IE 7, 8, 9

In IE7, 8 and 9 the site is not working properly. In IE 10 FF and Chrome the site is fine and when you do an F12 to see what it will look like in other versions of IE it appears to be fine, but it really isn’t. Basically it appears like a white screen, if you scroll way down you can see the site…https://sunfiberglasspools.com. If anybody has any suggestions that would be very helpful.
